Jointly decided by Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government and Xi’an Municipal People’s Government, Xi’an Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Industry Park (QICEIP) serves as an important project to comprehensively boost competitiveness of the provincial and municipal conference and exhibition industry and accelerate internationalization of Xi’an. Covering a planning area of 4,282 mu and total building area of more than 7 million m3, QICEIP is situated at the east of south suburb-based TV Tower and inside Qujiang New District and divided into core area and extended area. With more than RMB 10 billion Yuan investment and five-year construction period, QICEIP is built as a cluster of conference and exhibition industry integrating conference and exhibition hall, international conference center, star hotel, office building, commerce, dining, body-building experience center, logistics, storage, residential building, parking lot, road, square, urban greening and other software and hardware, and characterized by grand scale, perfect auxiliaries, strong influence and remarkable exemplary effect. In conclusion, QICEIP will greatly enhance regional economic development, promote competitiveness of conference and exhibition industry in western China and accelerate internationalization of Xi’an. Xi’an Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Investment Holdings Ltd. is responsible for overall development and construction of QICEIP.

 (I) Domestically superior hardware in QICEIP

Xi’an Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Center in QICEIP is equipped with 100,000m2 modern exhibition hall, 80,000m2 central square and approximately 10,000m2 office building as well as perfect facilities, ranking top in northwest China, in terms of exhibition hall size, facility and technical level and standing superiorly in China.

The central square is renowned as one of first batch of Olympic Squares in China and the initial such square in northwest China. Superior equipment, attractive environment, perfect supporting facility enables the square to serve local residents as an ideal recreational and leisure place.

2. Build internationally top-ranking Xi’an Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Center

The center with total investment of RMB 700 million Yuan stands as the landmark building of QICEIP and is listed as key construction project of Xi’an in 2008. After completion, the center will provide the largest scale, the most perfect function and the most complete facility to undertake various conference and reception tasks assigned by the provincial and municipal government.

3. Build high-class international five-star hotel

The five-star hotel with total investment of RMB 500 million Yuan is located at the east of phase I of Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Center and north of the international conference center and mainly provides services for national government leaders and famous senior enterprise managers present in exhibitions.

4. Build multifunction comprehensive logistics center
